Q: When will the new Cusource® Learning Services website launch?
A: You can expect to see the Cusource® Learning Services website fully integrated into the Canadian Credit Union Association site by November 28, 2016. The new site’s URL will be www.ccua.com/cusource.

Q: What are the main differences between the new site and the old one?
A: The new Cusource website will feature all the same information about learning and professional development opportunities, however the location and navigation will be different. The new Cusource site will now be part of the CCUA site at www.ccua.com/cusource.

In terms of navigation, the new site will consist of six main sections:
                         • Getting Started, which outlines the steps you can take to gain full advantage of Cusource Professional Development and Education learning opportunities.
• Ways to Learn, which provides an overview of how Cusource Credit Union Knowledge Network has developed a range of course options and learning environments to accommodate different learning needs and styles.
 CUIC® Accreditation, which covers the different CUIC accreditation and designation programs offered jointly through Cusource Professional Development and Education and Dalhousie University.
• Financial Services Representative Program, which explains how the newest Cusource Professional Development and Education program is designed to provide new and still-learning FSRs with the foundational knowledge required to confidently provide members with financial guidance, financial planning and personal lending services.
• Director Training, which gives an overview of the governance training, including the CUDA program and how to become an an Accredited Canadian Credit Union Director, and provides an update on the Director DNA initiative. 
• Compliance Training, which explains how credit unions can access all their compliance and risk management training needs. 




Q: How do I access the Learning Gateway now?
A: Once the new site launches at ccua.com/cusource there will be easy access to The Learning Gateway located in the upper right section of the landing page, as well as the subsequent Cusource pages.

Q: What if I have trouble finding what I need on the new site?
A: We are confident that you will find the new site easy to use, and as we have streamlined the content. We want to be sure you are able to find information quickly and easily, so we recommend reviewing the presentation slides from our informational webinar, available for download here.
