FSR Development Program
The FSR Development program is a three-tiered training program designed specifically for Financial Service Representatives working in the credit union system, that leads to an FSR Certification, as well as an FSR accreditation in partnership with Dalhousie University. MSR Program
Cusource Education has recently refreshed the Member Service Representative (MSR) Start Series with updated information relevant to today’s environment. Modules are now shorter (only 30 minutes) and more affordable (only $49 per session) and cover the basics that all new MSRs, and others, need to know during the first three months on the job. CUIC Administrative Changes: Request to Graduate and Credit Transfer Process
We’ve simplified the process for Graduation and Credit Transfer requests, and lengthy forms are no longer required! If you wish to submit a Request to Graduate or Credit Transfer Request, your HR department can simply register you for these activities through the HR admin portal.

CUIC exam admission tickets
We have introduced a new process for sending out CUIC exam admission tickets that will make it impossible for learners to lose them. Each person registered to write an exam now gets an admission ticket emailed to them, and at the same time, this ticket is filed in his or her Messages folder on the Learning Gateway.
