General Updates

New Programs Update!

New Branch Manager Program - Modules 1 to 5 are NOW AVAILABLE The role of a new branch manager can be as exciting as it is challenging. There is a lot to learn in a short period of time: branch operations, compliance regimes, branch and team leadership. New branch managers are often juggling competing priorities, new virtual (rather than face-to-face) reporting lines with their supervisor, and constant change. Effectively identifying priorities, scheduling time goals and caring for the member, the team and themselves can be a struggle.

The New Branch Manager Development Program is a toolbox to address these issues and more! View our brochure for more information. REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!
