Government Relations Forum and Hike the Hill

Stand together to advocate for Canada’s credit unions.

Last fall’s election produced a new government and a lot of new MPs. This is our opportunity to make sure the federal government understands the issues that affect your credit union, your members and your communities.

Join us October 17th and 18th in Ottawa for the credit union system’s premier government relations event. Credit union leaders, directors and CU Nation advocates will gather to:

  • Gain insights from party insiders and policy speakers
  • Receive training to be a stronger advocate for your credit union and members
  • Hike the Hill with fellow advocates to brief Members of Parliament on important issues for your credit union
  • Dine in the historic Parliamentary Dining Room

Attendees at any Canadian Credit Union Association national event must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Be an employee of director of a member credit union or Central.
  • Be an employee or a strategic partner (a company majority-owned by the credit union system).
  • A registration fee of $299 is being charged to offset costs of this Forum.
  • A $50 registration fee DISCOUNT will apply to current CU Nation advocates. Visit the CU Nation Advocacy Centre or contact cunation@ccua.com to access your code.
