Yesterday, May 25, in Regina, Saskatchewan, 17 new credit union representatives were certified as Each One, Teach One coaches, bringing the total of Each One, Teach One coaches to 157 credit union staff from 77 credit unions and regional Centrals.
The Each One, Teach One program currently makes available 12 workshops on financial topics to credit union staff to deliver in their communities. Five more workshops, as well as French translations of popular workshops, are expected by the end of 2017. Watch the Each One, Teach One origin story here.
To be qualified to deliver workshops, credit union representatives go through an empowering three-day training program. When they complete the program, they can train their colleagues to deliver workshops as well. Check out this video on www.eachoneworkshops.ca to hear what Atlantic credit unions thought of Each One, Teach One as they were being trained.
