The Strategic Insights Report is semi-annual publication co-produced by Central 1 and Canadian Credit Union Association (CCUA). This publication provides an environmental scan of the economic environment, members, competitors, industry dynamics and credit union realities in order to support credit union strategic planning.
Comprehensive reports created by CCUA’s government relations and policy/advocacy team that address key challenges, trends and opportunities typically related to changing legislation and public policy related matters.
CCUA completed a national survey in March 2018 to capture a substantiated view of how credit unions see their future, including strategies to compete and perceived barriers to success. The effort was undertaken to support the work of the National Shared Vision Committee.
The three year Strategic Plan sets out an ambitious role for Canadian Credit Union Association, and includes a new Vision and Mission, and identifies five strategic themes and their associated activities.
The Annual Report provides a comprehensive overview of the CCUA’s activities for the previous year. (note: CCUA was formerly called Credit Union Central of Canada. The 2014 and 2015 Reports are branded under that name).
